the vow

Oh how I adore weddings! flowers!! colors!! decor!! love it!! oh yes, bride and groom yay!! congrats!!
The only downside? dirty fingernails and fatigue for the next couple of days.
Other than that, love love love being a wedding florist!
Cannot wait until the next one in July! Peach, pink and mint themed!

Resurrection

Through Jesus' resurrection sin is conquered. It does not mean we cannot sin, cannot suffer or will not die.
It means we now have the help of God's grace to deal with these realities and to overcome them.
It is our guilty conscience that makes us fear death. Freed from that burden of guilt by the power of Christ's resurrection,
death will hold no terror for us.
Human life is worthwhile.
Justice, love, peace, liberation from evil. It is through us that Jesus continues this work in the world.

What has been on my mind for the past couple of days. Thought I'd share it with you because it brought me peace. It keeps me from fearing death.

Feeling stressed, getting old, where is my life headed? damn you PMS.
On the bright side, I have my friends, family, and boyfriend. A roof over my head, food, clothes, clean water, and warmth.
Take it one day at a time. Have faith. God loves us.

moody weather

it was a busy day for me today.. errands all over the city. i wish summer would come by sooner.. but i dont think that will happen until 3 months later.. or more. we have some moody weather over here.
